Overview
Timeline, time and audit
The organization’s activity stream, timesheets and time tracking, shift handovers and the audit trail — one history the whole workspace writes to.
On this page
Timeline is the organization's memory. Every module writes what happens to one shared activity stream — a deal moved, an invoice sent, a task completed, stock received, a site went down — and Timeline lets you read it, track time against it, hand over a shift from it, and audit it.
- Where
- Workspace → Timeline (
/workspace/timeline) - Who
- Every member — each person sees events from the modules they can access
The stream#
Timeline → Stream shows activity as work happens across the app, newest first.
- Whose activity — Everyone or Just me.
- Area — all areas, or one module such as CRM, Finance, Projects or Inventory.
- Search the timeline for a name, record or phrase.
- Scroll to load older events.
Events are written in your workspace's words: a law firm reads Case opened where another workspace reads Project created.
Who sees what#
The stream is filtered for each person. You only see events from modules you have access to — someone without View Finances never sees Invoice paid. Administrative and security events appear only in the Audit view, for the people allowed to read them.
The same history, on every record#
Because one stream holds everything, a record's own timeline — on a CRM contact, a project or an inventory item — can show events from every module that touched it. See Connected records.
