Inventory

Items

Create items with SKU, barcode, pricing, images, attributes and your workspace’s own fields; filter by stock state; import and export CSV.

Updated 24 September 2026

An item is anything you track in Inventory. Your workspace may call items Products, Properties, Materials, Vehicles or something else.

Find items#

Inventory → Items lists everything with its SKU or barcode, category, on-hand and available quantity, and value. Search by SKU, name or barcode, filter by category, supplier and status, and use the quick filters:

  • All, Low stock (at or below its reorder point), Out of stock
  • Active or Archived
  • Recently updated

Create or edit an item#

An item's form has these sections:

SectionFields
BasicsName (required), SKU, barcode, category, supplier, description, image
PricingPrice and cost
Stock controlUnit, reorder point, and the initial quantity when you create it
AttributesYour workspace's own fields for this kind of item — bedrooms for a property, plate number for a vehicle — and anything else you want to record
LinksRecords the item is connected to

Save changes to apply. Updating an image replaces it straight away.

Reorder point#

Set a reorder point to say when stock is low. Items at or below it appear under Low stock, count towards the overview's inventory health, and can trigger an automation (for example, create a restock task).

Stock by location#

An item's detail shows stock by location — on hand, reserved and available at each location. To change stock, use Adjust or Transfer; see Stock, locations and movements.

Import and export#

  • Import loads items from a CSV file. Choose the file and follow the prompts.
  • Export downloads the current list as CSV. If the view is empty there is nothing to export.

Archive#

Archive an item you no longer stock. It leaves active lists but keeps its history and its movements.
