CRM insights and forecast

Where the book is weak and where it is moving: open value by stage, forecast against goals, relationship health signals and what stands out.

Updated 24 September 2026

CRM insights show where the business sits, where the book is weak, and what is likely to close — calculated from your records' signals rather than guessed.

Overview#

CRM → Overview is the summary page:

PanelWhat it shows
Money in motionOpen value by stage, flowing into what was won
NoticedSignals, stages, sources or trends that crossed a line worth raising — Nothing stands out when nothing did
Vital signsDeals and relationships whose dates passed before anyone followed through
PulseThe latest touches, as they were logged
AudiencesYour segments, sized by who is in them now

Insights#

CRM → Insights goes deeper:

Forecast#

For the chosen forecast period, per pipeline: what is expected to close, what is likely (weighted by stage probability), and progress against the goal. Switch between the whole team and individual owners.

Goals are set in CRM settings. Leave a team goal empty and it becomes the sum of the individual goals.

Where the book is weak#

Every record is scored on the same signals. The chart shows how the whole book reads on each signal — bars reaching left need work.

SignalAsks
OwnershipDoes someone own this relationship?
ContactWhen were they last in touch?
MoneyDo they owe money, and is it late?
DeliveryIs work for them on track?
Expected closeHas the expected close date passed?
WarmthHave they ever been contacted, and how recently?

Each signal reads good, watch or risk for a record, or does not apply. The same signals produce each record's health (Healthy, Watch, At risk).

Funnel and attention#

The funnel shows how opportunities move between stages; Attention lists the open opportunities that need someone, based on their signals.

Ask Donna#

For questions the panels do not answer — “which customers owe us money and have gone quiet?” — ask Donna. She queries your CRM (and Finance, if you can see it) directly. See Donna.
