Inventory

Whatever your business holds — products, rooms, vehicles, properties or supplies — with stock by location, movements, purchasing and suppliers.

Updated 24 September 2026

Inventory holds the things your business keeps track of — stock you sell, materials you use, rooms you let, vehicles you run, properties you list. It records where each thing is, how many are on hand, reserved and available, every movement, and the purchasing that brings more in.

Inventory reads like your business#

Inventory is one of the modules that adapts most:

The records behave the same way whatever they are called. See How Unobits adapts to your business.

The Overview#

  • Inventory health — how many items are low or out of stock.
  • Stock value — the value of what you hold at cost and at retail, and the potential margin between them.
  • Top performer and star product.
  • Incoming and outgoing movement over the last 7 days, and movement today.
  • Orders awaiting delivery, including delayed ones and what is expected this week.

The overview also suggests automations worth setting up — low-stock alerts, flagging overdue purchase orders — which you build in Automations.

How Inventory connects#
