Pipelines and stages#
- Create pipelines with New pipeline and choose which one is the default for new opportunities.
- For each stage, set its name, order and probability, and whether it closes as won or lost.
- Move up / Move down to reorder, Add stage, Archive stage to retire one. A pipeline must keep at least one stage.
- Save stages when you are done — every stage needs a name.
Each stage has a fixed internal key and an editable label, so renaming a stage never loses the opportunities in it.
Lifecycle#
Lifecycle stages describe where a relationship stands (for example Lead → Qualified → Opportunity → Customer → Churned). For each stage set a label and a kind — active, customer or closed — and mark which stage new records start here. Save lifecycle to apply.
Roles#
Roles are the parts people play on an opportunity — Buyer, Decision maker, Budget holder. Add role, rename or remove them, then Save roles. They appear in the role picker on an opportunity's People tab.
Assignment#
Choose who owns new records:
- Whoever creates it,
- The default owner you pick, or
- Take turns between a set of people (round robin).
Save assignment to apply.
Response times#
- Respond to a new lead within — sets the first next-action date on inbound leads.
- A relationship goes quiet after — how long without contact before relationship health flags it. It applies to everyone, never per view.
Scoring#
Build the lead score from up to 25 rules. Each rule is a condition and a number of points, and points can be negative (for example −10 if no email address). Save scoring to recalculate.
Goals#
Set goals per period for the team and for individual people. Leave the team goal empty to use the sum of the people's goals. Goals drive the forecast in Insights.
Custom fields#
Add fields for each record type — people, companies and opportunities — for anything your business tracks that Unobits does not. Custom fields appear on record pages under Custom Properties and can be used in segment rules.
Integrations#
Connect Google and Outlook for cloud contacts, logged email and calendar sync with CRM. See Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Automations#
Rules that act when a CRM record is created, moved or won are built in the workspace's Automations — for example, create a follow-up task when an opportunity is won, or move a contact's lifecycle stage.
