Donna
The AI assistant that works inside your business, not beside it.
- In every plan
- Connected to every other module
Donna has the same access you have — no more, no less — and everything she produces is a real record in the workspace: a task, a draft, a plan, an automation. She lives on Home as your front door, in the flyout that follows you through every module, and inside Chat when you tag her in a conversation.
What Donna is made of.
In the app: Everywhere › Home, the peek flyout and Chat. These are the pages you will find there.
Assist
The everyday mode: answers, summaries and drafts. Reading is always free — no confirmation needed.
Tool
When the decision is made and the work is mechanical: Donna changes records and sends things after one confirmation.
Research
When the answer is outside your business: sourced findings, compared against your own numbers.
Plan
When the work is a project, not a task: a sequenced plan that becomes real tasks when you accept it.
Code
A webhook, a transform, a bit of glue — working code installed straight into Automations.
On your plan
Donna is on every plan and draws on your monthly System Credits. Enterprise can bring its own model; Admin → AI controls models, moderation and what Donna is allowed to do. Compare plans
What this looks like on a normal day.
Three gates before she changes anything
First, permission: if you cannot open a part of the product, neither can she. Second, mode: every write asks you once, in the conversation. Third, risk: sensitive actions ask you to re-verify, and critical ones spell out the consequence before they run.
- Her permissions are always the signed-in person’s permissions
- One confirmation covers a whole batch, not one per record
- Sensitive actions can require your app password or biometric check
Her output is state, not advice
Ask for a plan and you get tasks. Ask for a follow-up and you get a draft in the right mailbox. Ask for an automation and it appears in Automations, ready to switch on.
- Plans convert into Projects tasks on accept
- Research findings are saved with their sources
- Code mode installs into Automations as a real Flow step
Where you meet her
On Home she is a single input with suggested prompts. In the flyout she is the full experience — composer, attachments, voice, history and files — available from every route. In Chat you can tag her to summarise a thread or draft a reply.
- Home is the front door, the flyout is the workspace
- Tag her in Chat for summaries and drafts
- Reach, Digital Twin and Automations each hand work to her directly
Who leans on donna most.
People running it alone
Nothing to configure, nothing to integrate. It works the day you open it.
Teams who keep missing each other
One place everyone can see, so nobody has to ask what happened.
Businesses with clients waiting
Files, updates and invoices your clients can reach without another login you pay for.
You never use this module alone
Everything here is joined to the rest of the workspace, so nothing has to be copied anywhere. And Donna is standing in this room with you — ask her to do the work in it and she will, then tell you what changed.
Have someone walk you through itThe modules this one talks to most.
