Where your team goes to stop guessing.
Most businesses have an internal hub that is really a list of links to other tools. This one is where the work already is — so the answer to “what is happening” is the system itself rather than whoever has been here longest.
- Roles apply everywhere
- Reports read live records
- 14 days free
The ones that currently need a person to answer.
Every one of these is somebody interrupting somebody else. They exist because the information lives in more places than any one person can hold.
“What am I meant to be doing?”
Everything assigned to a person shows up in one place, across jobs, clients and departments — not spread over four boards nobody checks on the same day.
“What is going on with that client?”
Every conversation, job, file and invoice belongs to the same record, so catching up on an account takes a minute rather than a meeting.
“Who is allowed to see this?”
Roles decide what each person can reach. Leadership sees the numbers, delivery sees the work, and nobody has to be trusted with everything just to do their job.
“How are we actually doing?”
Reports read the live records rather than a spreadsheet somebody exports on Fridays, so the number in the meeting is the number right now.
Reporting is not a separate exercise.
When the work and the records are the same thing, a report is a reading rather than a reconstruction — which is why it can be right on a Tuesday afternoon.
Stop being the person everyone asks.
When the business runs in one system, the founder stops being the integration between departments — and gets to go on holiday.
What operations people ask
How is this different from the client portal?
Same idea, opposite audience. The client portal is a narrow window for people outside your business; the team portal is where your own people work, with the internal discussion, the money and the decisions that clients never see.
Can I stop people seeing salaries, margins or other clients?
Yes. Roles and permissions are set per organisation, and they apply everywhere rather than per app — which is the usual place this leaks. Someone who cannot see margins cannot see them in a report either.
Do contractors count as team members?
Only if you give them a seat. If they need access to particular jobs and files rather than the run of the place, a portal covers it without adding to your plan.
Does this replace our internal wiki and chat?
It can. Chat, documents, notes and files are rooms in the same system, so a decision made in a conversation can be attached to the job it was about instead of being lost in a scroll-back.
