Admin is the owner’s room. It holds the organisation profile and branding, the people and groups in it, route-level access and approvals, AI controls, usage against your plan, security settings and billing. Permissions are enforced on the server, and the most sensitive ones can only be held by the owner or an explicit delegate.

Permissions that the server enforces
Every module declares what opens it. The same permission table gates the page in your browser, the API behind it and what Donna may do there.
