The most useful thing you can say about us is said somewhere else.
Everything on this website is written by people who want you to buy it. A review on a neutral platform is not, which is exactly why it carries more weight — and why we would rather ask for an honest one than a kind one.
- Nothing is offered in exchange
- Critical ones welcome
- Takes about two minutes
Three places a buyer will actually see it.
Any of them helps. The first one is where most shortlists get made.
Four things worth putting in it.
You do not need all four. But a review built roughly this way is the kind a stranger can make a decision from.
What it looked like before
How many tools, how many bills, and which handover was the one that kept going wrong. This is the part a reader recognises themselves in.
What you moved first
Most people start with the inbox and the client record. Say what you began with and how long it took before it was carrying real work.
What actually changed
Concrete beats glowing. “We stopped re-typing clients into three places” is worth more to a stranger than “great product”.
What is still missing
Please include this. A review with no criticism reads as marketing, and the gaps are the part we most need to hear.
Only write what actually happened to you. A page of glowing reviews that do not match the product is worse than no reviews at all — it just moves the disappointment to week three.
Fair questions about asking for these
Why do you care about third-party reviews?
Because our own website is the least credible place to read about us. When somebody searches for an alternative to the tool frustrating them, neutral platforms usually rank above us and get trusted more — reasonably so.
Do you offer anything in exchange for a review?
No. Paid or incentivised reviews are against the rules of every platform worth being on, and they would make the honest ones worthless. If you write one, it is because you felt like it.
What if my review is critical?
Publish it. We would rather be described accurately than warmly — and if something is broken enough to write about, we would like the chance to fix it. Send it to us directly as well and it will reach the people who can act on it.
UNOBITS is not listed on the platform I use.
Then tell us at support@unobits.app and we will get the listing created. In the meantime your feedback is still worth sending — it reaches the same place either way.
